The Parks Department is responsible for maintenance of all City park and recreation facilities. In addition, this department oversees the City's winter sidewalk snow removal program, and maintains all municipal grounds.

The City's pavilions can be reserved for family gatherings, group meetings, etc. Deposits and rental fees are required, as outlined below. To reserve a pavilion, stop into the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, or call us at 989-386-7541, extension 0.

Shamrock Pavilion 1 (Full Rental): $50 Deposit
Shamrock Pavilion 1 (Half Rental): $25 Deposit
All Others (Shamrock Park Pavilions 2 & 3, City Park Pavilion): $25 Deposit

Non-Residents
Shamrock Pavilion 1 (Full Rental): $50
Shamrock Pavilion 1 (Half Rental): $25
All Others (Shamrock Park Pavilions 2 & 3, City Park Pavilion): $25

*Please note that Pavilion 1 at Shamrock Park is not available on Saturdays before 2 p.m. or Wednesdays from June-October due to the Farmer’s Market
