Dennis Baldwin: Recognized after 35 years of service to City residents

After working for the City of Clare's Department of Public Works since 1976, Dennis Baldwin was recognized with a resolution of the City Commission, and was specifically honored for what the Mayor termed "his devotion, his dedication, his fortitude, his commitment to excellence, and for his exemplary performance."
