An Application for a Variance must be completed for the Zoning Board of Appeals to make a ruling. This application is for any non-compliance with the City of Clare Zoning Code. In an effort to assist residents, this application may be printed through the link below, completed, and returned to Clare City Hall at any time. The charge for this Application is $125.00, to be paid at the time you return your application to Clare City Hall.
